Carefully monitor development in the recently rezoned Ulao Creek Neighborhood plan

I volunteered to be a member of the Mequon Policy Subcommittee responsible for the recently-approved Ulao Creek Neighborhood plan between Interstate 43, Ulao Creek, Highland Road, and Pioneer Road in Mequon’s 5th District. The subcommittee met 18 times to discuss the area and meetings were open to all interested residents. Most of the discussions focused on Port Washington Road development and how it will be different from development on Port Road south of Highland. This will continue to be a key issue for Mequon–I have been involved in the entire process and am prepared to represent the 5th District on this topic.
